California Real Estate Agent Licensing Courses

To obtain your California real estate sales license you must complete three courses and pass the state licensing exam. The required courses are: Real Estate Principles, Real Estate Practice, and an Elective – these packages include Legal Aspects of Real Estate as the standard elective.
